6 Ways to Help Small Businesses - It's Free!

You may be surprised at the number of small businesses that are in your community. Maybe you frequent a local donut shop that bakes amazing cake donuts or that little print shop that sponsors a city little league team. Those are only two examples. Most small businesses don’t have a store front—big or small--or a large advertising budget. BloomingDaisiesCrafts is one such “company”.

There are a number of ways to support small businesses, including BloomingDaisiesCrafts.

  • The first would be to purchase from them, obviously. And that product doesn’t have to be for you. When you are looking for the unique and personal gift, small businesses can offer some great options. BloomingDaisiesCrafts works very hard to be responsive to requests. When you are thinking big impact, think small business.

  • Give feedback. BloomingDaisiesCrafts, as well as other small businesses, work very hard for customer satisfaction. Feedback is important—owners would ask that you bring any concerns to them, prior airing it to the public, so they can make “it” better. That being said…

  • Write a review wherever you can - their website, Google, eBay, FaceBook.

  • Follow and Tag them on FB and Instagram.

  • “Like” and “share” the business’ posts on FB and Instagram.

  • Write a comment on their posts.

You don’t necessarily have to buy from your friends or family with small businesses but the “like” and/or “share” helps move the business up on the Google search engine!

  • My husband doesn’t cross stitch but he shares BloomingDaisiesCrafts posts on FB and Instagram in case any of his friends have friends, family or acquaintances that might be interested.

  • My sister, who hasn’t cross stitched in quite a while, edits these blogs to make them reader friendly. She also assists with the video scripts. But remember, if you don’t like them, it’s all me. :)

  • My best friend doesn’t cross stitch, but when BloomingDaisiesCrafts has a new post on FB, she will “share” and “like” it.

  • Brittany, who began BloomingDaisiesCrafts with me, always likes and shares on FB and Instagram. She’s also available for me to lob ideas at and can be trusted to give an honest opinion.

BloomingDaisiesCrafts now has over 200 “friends” on FB. I hope you are one of them.
