So we are already on the cusp of 2020. Holy crap!! I don’t know about you, but when I was a kid I thought I would be old in 2000. Can you imagine what my kid self would think about 2020?!
I’m one of those decade babies. I was born in 1960…so it has always been easy to figure out my age. This year, I will be 60—which isn’t as old as my younger self thought. I don’t know about you but I plan on enjoying this year and making it another one that I’ll look back on and say, “That was fun!” While I plan on making some resolutions, I’m not putting any up on this blog; I’ll wait until my next one.
Blooming Daisies Crafts had a lot of changes in 2019. We went off Etsy, started our own website (which should have been done when we were still on Etsy - oh well, live and learn!), Brit stepped back so she could concentrate on home schooling her two girls (which is going well), and it was a year of huge growth.
For 2020, I have some tasks that I have already started. I’m working to expand the Blooming Daisies website by moving over the entire product line from Etsy to our website, as well as posting new dust covers, and adding video demos. I have also made figuring out all the “Social Media” a priority. Again, I ask, “What would my kid self think of all this?”
So tonight, December 31, 2019, I’ll snuggle with my Honey, toast in the New Year, new decade and continue to enjoy life! Thank you for following Blooming Daisies Crafts.
